January 6, 2008: PBA Update

Good evening Minutemen & Supporters:

DAY LABOR CENTER DAILY PROTEST:
As you know, groups of Patriotic Americans have been standing vigil for the past week over Salvador Rezas Day Labor Center at 25th St and Bell Rd, Phoenix AZ. As the Center is scheduled to open every day (save Sunday) at 5:30AM-2PM, the Patriots have arrived and stayed in force each day. On every occasion over the past week, Sal has closed his Center down at noon. Only 2 vehicles have made a hire, others have been turned away by the Minutemen & Patriots standing guard, quickly informing potential hires that they will be photographed and turned over to the County Attorney and Sheriff Joes office.

Buffalo Rick of USA & USA Riders is requesting that you continue with your commitment to help us with the goal of shutting down the Center for good. Starting tomorrow (Monday), we ask any available Minuteman or concerned citizen to arrive between 6:30AM-Noon to help stand guard. Each day, there has been mass amount of media present, along with PPD Detectives on hand. There has been 1 assault, and the assailant was arrested; no bodily harm to the Minuteman involved. Come before work. Come during your lunch break. Stop in for an hour or so if you can. You might even get the chance to see Sheriff Joes Immigration Squad show up this week!

In other news, PBA Minutemen are scheduled to hold Operation Ice Storm later this week. Friday at 5PM, Minutemen will take their post along the border in Three Points Arizona, to observe and report Illegal Aliens coming across our desert. If you would like to attend, please visit www.PatriotsBorderAlliance.com and get signed up. You may also do so at the operation, where your background will be checked and PBA ID Card issued. If you want to become a Minuteman with PBA, you can do so on that website as well. If you are unable to attend, but would like to help support the PBA Minutemen and our efforts, you may visit the same website and make a donation online.

PBA will hold its first Annual National Meeting February 16th in St Louis MO. If you are a member by Dec 31 2007, you have the responsibility to vote for our new Board of Directors. This is a first for any Minuteman organization, as well as providing copies of our By Laws and financial statements online. The 07 year end statements will be available online very soon, keep your eye on it. We ask that you try to attend the National Meeting. Further information available on the PBA website.

For those helping the Cause by taking a Post at Urban Operations, or those that take a Post on the Border Operations, for those organizations that continue to work together for the same cause, and for those that continue to be vigilant by donating to our efforts.......the Patriots Border Alliance salute you.

Paradise Valley Mall Gathering Report by "Joker"

Today our illegal alien protest was at the Paradise Mall. The turnout was especially good considering it is between Christmas and New Years. If the reception of our message was "thumbs up" and/or horn honking it was outstanding, with very few of the illegal salutes.

Several groups including our friends The freedom Riders participated. One thing that irked me was three "protesters?" mingled with our group holding up signs with a presidential candidate's name, little if any accompanying text. While it is the right of any American to demonstrate, I felt it diluted our message and may have been falsely been construed as our support for that candidate. Perhaps someone far wiser than I can come up with a solution.

Our enthusiasm was great despite the fact that Sal Renza and his group weren't there. It seems to add a little spice when you are face to face with the enemy. However Sal did save the city a lot of money since police were not required to keep his followers non-violent.

As usual it was great to be with BPA patriots along with friends and acquaintances from other dedicated groups. I feel as if we get more media coverage from these protests than from border watches, which the media considers old news.

Concerned Phoenix Residents

As you know, Salvadore Reza and his gang of professional protestors are taking a week off from their Pruitt's Furniture harressment this Saturday the 29th. We are going to use this opportunity to go on the offensive.

Reza, and the press, are under the false impression that the actions of the Patriots are simply a response to Reza's announced plans, and their schedule is our schedule. While obviously uncomfortable with the weekly protests at Pruitt's, the fact that we have been isolated to a single street corner in a less affluent area has not allowed us to create the nervousness and sense of urgency which we have the potential to create in the minds of our hapless Mayor and our AWOL city council. Now is the time to turn up the heat !!

This weekend we are going to have some fun !! We are going to escape from our Thomas Road cage. We are going where the Cadillacs and BMWs are. We are going to open a new front in this battle. We are going to wake up a Mayor and City Council. We are going on the offensive !!

This Saturday we are going to present our demands at a highly visible, upscale location where our audience will be an entirely different economic group. Operational Order 1.4.3 is a citywide issue and we are going to start making this clear to residents around Phoenix who may have paid little attention heretofore. We are going to escape from our Thomas Road enclosure and bring the rest of the city into this debate. We will begin to flush the entire City Council out of hiding and see if they are going to serve their lagal constituents as their oath requires. If not, a group is already forming to recall some of the slackers.

Reza's unreasonable targeting of Pruitt's Furniture has opened a door of opportunity for us that neither he, nor anyone else, can close if we don't allow it. We must keep the pressure on, become unpredictable, become unmanageable, and above all, we must show our willingness and intention to fight as long as it takes, where ever it takes. We are growing in size and energy and and rapidly gaining widespread public support. They have been exposed for what they are - a small group of radical ACLUites whose goal is to handcuff law enforcement and trample the rights of legal citizens and taxpayers.

Their argument is not selling !! We will win !!

Our high visibility destination this Saturday will remain a mystery until we arrive at the scene. This Saturday we take our demand for law enforcement in a new direction, to a new audience. Merry Christmas, Mayor !!

Come with us - we need you! Please pass this on.

Staging instructions:

The event will go from 10 am to noon, unless some are having so much fun they decide to stay longer.

Bikes only:

Stage in the K-Mart parking lot on the southwest corner of Cactus Ave and the 51. Departure time is 9:30 am.

Autos only:

Stage in the abandoned Home Depot parking lot on Thomas Rd. at 31st St. Be there by 9:15 am sharp. Please carpool as much as possible.

As much as possible, our signs at this location should focus on the issues of law enforcement, operational order 1.4.3, and our dysfunctional Mayor and City Council. Bring everything you can, however, we will use it.

See you Saturday morning.

Merry Christmas,

Danny

Operation NO COMPROMISE Wrap Report

WELCOME TO ARIZONA, NOW GO HOME. OPERATION 'NO COMPROMISE!'SUCCESS!

After hearing last nights news that the AZ Courts, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to hear the case further; the Employer Sanctions Law will be in full effect come January 1 2008.....Minutemen, Bikers, Patriots, Voters.....turned out on droves! By 10:15AM, our counter protesting Patriots managed to take over 3 corners of the intersection, leaving Sal Reza and his goons helpless on the church grounds. Todays counter protest turned into a celebration, a victory party of sorts! And what a party is was!

Michelle brought along her mega-bull horn and played "The Bitch Is Back", "Were Not Gonna Take It" (twisted sister), and many other blood pumping tunes to turn up the heat! The Bikers from RAII, Riders USA, and AFR came rolling in with flags unfurled, draped in leather and ready to rock! Other wonderful Patriots arrived in wheelchairs, walkers and canes-ready to take the activism to a new level!

Well over 150 Patriots heard the call to come stand in protest today, this weekend of Christmas, which was very shocking! And to add to our crowd, Sheriff Joe made an appearance and huddled us together to thank us for being out there supporting the law. MCSO patrol cars where out again, doing what they do best in Phoenix, while Joe chatted with the Patriots. He also made a point to go over to the Illegal Alien crowd and have some conversation with them.....well, suffice to say nobody stepped out of line over there.

We stood with our flags and signs from 9AM-11:30AM, and watched Rezas supporters, about 60 of them, retreat to their vehicles. The Patriots crowd gave him a nice send off once again and sang him a few tunes! From there, about 100 of us went up the street to WalMart to rally as weve done in the past. Only today, no illegal aliens standing there as we arrived. Just where are they going? http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/12/22/immigrants.leave.ap/index.html

Well Id say 2007 has been a wonderful year, wouldn't you?

When Reza protests, we will counter. When government fails to enforce the law, we will protest. When the police ask for help in pushing city government to do the right things, we will respond. When Illegal Aliens demand citizenship, public financial assistance, education and the right to work; we will say No. When we spot Illegal Aliens coming across our post, we will report them to US Border Patrol. There is no compromise of our national sovereignty.

Enjoy a few of the photos below. To see more, please visit the PBA Website at http://patriotsborderalliance.com/gallery/v/Dec22-PruittsProtestIII/

Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, from the Board of Directors and Volunteers of the Patriots Border Alliance! See you on post January 11-13th!

Operation "No Compromise": Saturday, December 22, 2007

PBA MINUTEMEN TO COUNTER PROTEST SAL REZA in
"OPERATION: NO COMPROMISE"

WHEN:  Saturday Dec 22nd, 2007

WHERE: 1) 7:30AM meet at Taco Bell parking lot on NE Corner of Thunderbird (Cactus) and Cave Creek Rd. We will then caravan together to our 'activities'. Bikers to lead out in front.

              2) 9:00AM Abandoned Home Depot store at 32nd St and Thomas. Further details given then.  Plan to be available to protest until 2PM if needed.

WHO:  All Minutemen, Bikers, Citizens, Voters and even you there on the couch! Come One-Come All!

What do I bring to a protest?

Your American flag, a protest sign if you like, dress warm, wear your Santa hat, bring water and a great attitude! If you plan on causing trouble, are a racist, or have issues not suitable for maintaining a non-violent atmosphere-then dont even think about coming.

For the past 2 months, the self proclaimed King of Thomas Road-Salvador Reza, has stood in protest of Pruitts Furniture and its owners for hiring off duty officers to keep Day Laborers off and away from his property. His actions are Economic Terrorism against a local company that seeks only to help and protect its community. He further demands that Sheriff Joe stop arresting Illegal Aliens and enforcing Federal Immigration Laws, and demands that Phoenix PD not change its stance on Operational Order 1.4.3 (giving Sanctuary City Status to Illegal Aliens in Phoenix when in contact with PPD). The MINUTEMEN, and other groups have stood strong in countering his protests, and have helped to change City Hall opinion on the future of enforcing Federal Immigration Law in Phoenix.

Reza; head honcho and racketeer of the Day Laborers, has vowed to throw his temper tantrums through at least Dec 22nd, and maybe even throw a few more if he cant have his way! We ask you to come support the counter-protests this Saturday in full support of local law enforcement agencies PPD and MCSO, as well as Marc Spencer from Phoenix Law Enforcement Association (PLEA-who demands to allow PPD officers enforce Federal Immigration Law in the course of an investigation of a crime). Come tell our officers, City Hall and Sal Reza we are not about to compromise our stand on the Rule of Law! Things are about to change on Thomas Rd, you wont want to miss this event!

See you on the sidewalk!
