1) I have never received "a copy of the final for approval" of the possible marketing letter I wrote involving my films, Cochise County USA: Cries from the Border and my new production: The Fence and the Fire.
I requested "a copy of the final for approval" from you, John, in my fax transmission 05/01/07 during my visit to Culver Military Academy in Culver, Indiana, while I was there speaking to students about our border problems.
This is formal notice that I withdraw the use of my letter, or my signature, for use in any manner by any person, or any office, or any organization that is part of, or associated with, MinutemanHQ.com or with Deiner Consultants.
I learned quite by accident this morning about this website (ith a MinutemanHQ Scottsdale address on it):
Did you or anyone associated with you purchase www.criesfromtheborder.com behind a buying service that protects the names of purchasers of websites?
This obscuring of ownership is clearly visible in the national registration of domain names that I saw with my own eyes when I was trying to register the original name of my film.

This prevented me from getting the commercial website for my own film... forcing me to use a less desirable website address www.criesfromtheborder.net because I could not find out who bought this. Now I know. What a shocker to find out this morning.
I do not know the legal ramifications of this action which is, in my opinion, a clever, unethical action - hijacking, but, I will inquire as soon as this tragic Memorial Day weekend ends.
2) RE: THE FENCE AND THE FIRE:
Peter, you told me on the phone while I was at Culver that once I streamed my new film, THE FENCE AND THE FIRE, on the internet, that anyone could use it as they pleased.
If you have any thoughts whatsoever of using any part of my new film as you please, cease and desist.
If you have already used any part of my film in any manner whatsoever, this is my notice to you to cease and desist - stop now.
Because I am the owner/creator, per the U. S. Copyright Office, you, or anyone else, cannot do as you please with my film, as you stated, that I worked nearly a year to finish.
You do not have my permission to use any part of THE FENCE AND THE FIRE for anything whatsoever, since I am the creator, owner.
Cindy Kolb has just called me to inform me that Carmen Mercer told her that I was getting checks! I have never received a single check from MinutemanHQ or Deiner Associates. Please explain?
