Have you lost your mind? You call an Adams an "insurrectionist"? A relative of the very men that built this great nation, the descendant of MEN who have given their blood, sweat, tears, lives and in the case of my father, one of his limbs, defending this great nation AGAINST tyrants and INSURRECTIONISTS. A direct descendant of a man who was tortured to the point of being permanently crippled at Andersonville preserving this nation during the Civil War. My friend, my family name and history goes a LONG way in the defense of this nation.

I know the definition of the word, but do you understand the full connotations that word brings? I notice you've used that word in conjunction with Pineapple 6, a combat veteran with the battle wounds to prove it. How dare you besmirch this man's service, and spilt blood, by lightly slinging a word you so obviously do not understand. Before this past weekend, I had not had the honor of meeting the man in person. I now consider myself in good company. How well would you sit with Vietnam Veterans knowing that this term was used to describe one of their brothers, on Memorial Day weekend, no less?

You call us "insurrectionists" for asking VALID, well reasoned questions? It's YOU focusing on the money, not us. It's YOU that has forgotten that money has never, until now, been an issue to me in this fight. Whatever the PA Chapter of MCDC has ever needed, I reached into my own pocket to provide, and NEVER asked for a dime of re-imbursement. There are 8 other questions being asked by your managers, yet you focus on the money.

I've been one of those in the trenches putting my own reputation on the line defending the finances of this organization at every turn. I've been one of those pushing the mission under the MCDC name every chance I could.

Other than Deiner reaching out to senior citizens, they have done SQUAT for us. In fact, I dare say, they've been an anchor to the Cause, as they have been to every other cause they've stuck their nose in. As consultants, they suck. Where are the black tie dinners? Benefit rallies? Just what the hell does Deiner do besides collect a paycheck and attack Minutemen? Would you feel comfortable with Pete Kuntz's remarks to Mike Forest making the rounds through Minuteman circles? I notice that not a single Deiner employee has cared enough about our Cause to bother joining our ranks. These people are no better than vultures and, at this point, I have more respect for the very traitors we're fighting- at least we know who's side they're on.

I have 2 calls and at least one e mail to you that you have yet to return. I spoke with Garza, listened to what he had to say and STILL thought there was a possibility of working with your board to fix this mess. Unfortunately, at this point, it is you and your board insisting on furthering this lunacy.

As far as my intentions.... I'll lay them out for you. I'm in this fight for the preservation of my country, I want to leave this earth better for my children than I inherited it and restore it to the greatness my ancestors have set for us. My loyalty is to those I was asked to lead, and to those who choose to stand with me in this fight. My ambitions honestly go no further than where I am, I couldn't be prouder than to represent the people of the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a fight I'm SURE is winnable and I will continue to do so with or without MCDC.

You are not the only person laying it all on the line. You know full well I meet resistance head on, and on several occasions, stood shoulder to shoulder with fellow Minutemen between yourself and the enemies of this country. I take whatever nonsense and personal attacks those who wish to stop us in stride, in fact I wear their abuse and threats as a badge of honor.

My termination is always at the discretion of you and your BoD. As I have mentioned in earlier correspondence, should you wish to terminate me, I do expect an honest and open explanation to the Minutemen of this Commonwealth. The Volunteers deserve nothing less.

Did Bob Wright, Bill Irwin and Greg Thompson ever let all of you know that they attended meetings last fall and were allowed to see all the books of MCDC and they came away very satisfied? They saw and understood where every penny was being allocated and all agreed it was money well spent. Unfortunately the people who have been terminated earned it -they violated codes of conduct, have spread malicious rumors and are attempting to defame good people and destroy an entire national movement because of their ego and desire for power. You should question their integrity and ask them why they chose to attempt a coup right at the most important time in the history of our movement -seditious at best.

We did not fire anyone for asking questions!

This is spiraling out of control because a certain few people have orchestrated it that way. This is malicious and vindictive -these people have every intention to destroy all the good work many people have done.

Many people are seeing the truth now -that this insurrection was wrongly organized - only a few remain involved -the others have confidence in the resolution of the mess created by the gang of four and remain in good standing with MCDC.

This is not about me, power or anything -do you not have any idea how we HAVE lead the charge in bringing this issue to the forefront of issues in this county! No money evaporated -it was well spend on advocacy, advertising, countless trips to Washington to lobby and to build almost a hundred MCDC chapters around the country - your claims that anyone has visions of grandeur are absurd! We have dozens upon dozens of people who speak for this organization around the country -this has nothing to do with being a tyrant or anything personal for me - remember I've put my life on the line for years on that border -much more than anyone else in this country - but I don't go around saying so - I always speak on behalf of the thousands of Americans who have lead the charge in our effort. The people behind this uprising are the ones who would be tyrants and are consumed with hate, envy, jealousy and conspiracy theories - they are the ones who have personal issues. This is about saving our country and anyone who doubts my sincerity or my efforts is far out of touch and blinded by ego or envy of what is really happening.

And for Diener, you have no idea about the value of their efforts and effectiveness in helping to build this organization -they work for us -not against us- and every penny we have spent on their consulting, fund raising and political savvy in building national awareness is well spent, My God this is an absolute witch hunt -led by the ego maniacs who can't see the forest for the trees because of their desire for power -if they thought they could do better why did they not quit their jobs, sacrifice their lively hoods, jeopardize the safety of their families and start their own organizations? So many of you have been tainted by a few people who just hate OUR MCDC's success and are so blinded by envy that they are oblivious or in deep denial about the services Diener and many others we have retained to help us - so many people have provided assistance in building data bases, advertising, developing systems, email systems, email blasts, brochures, marketing and they have opened hundreds of doors for us which has led to our getting inside the power structure that helps to guide policy in this country.

We the board NEVER said we would not meet with the leadership! -we were blindsided by a gang of four -we stated we could not attend this particular meeting as it was in violation of the by-laws of the corporation -we told them another series of meetings would be scheduled during the summer, as right now we have so much work to do in fighting this amnesty, besides I was not even available to attend the meeting. They could not wait to create the impression that we were in deep trouble -just when we could not have been stronger and have great influence in this immigration battle.New meetings have been scheduled and most of the issues listed in their demands have been or are in the process of fixing.

The following is the official response of the board of directors and following that is my (Chris Simcox) personal response and the path the organization will follow in the future. First, we never said we would not attend a meeting with you, just not this one as I was to out of town and it was not structured in a way that would not violate the by-laws of the corporation. As for your demands for a business plan -that will be addressed with the new team of administrators. The new administrative team, as with the past team of volunteer administrators did have and will continue to have a voice in the direction of MCDC.

The board of directors unanimously stands behind the decision to permanently terminate Bob Wright, Stacey O'Connell, Bill Irwin, and Gary Cole. All other state directors and volunteers who wish to remain in good standing and retain their positions will be reinstated by request which needs to made to the board of directors.

As of now the original list of people behind this insurrection has dwindled to the following few -

the others involved have realized they were badly and wrongly led to believe something was wrong -they have now realized the organization is very strong and that the board of directors are a responsible, courageous and honest team of leaders who have the best intensions for the organization. The board has committed to bringing in our CPA/CFO to a meeting in Phoenix to lay out just how all money was allocated! Remember if I had ego or designs to be king I would not be working to put myself or the organization out of business by working to solve a national crisis. I have stated all along that we are in business to be put out of business by forcing the government to do the job - secure the border, enforce the laws and then we get to go home - satisfied that we created change for the betterment of our nation.
