Gentlemen,
You have received my offer to meet with you and to reinstate those who were terminated to their rightful positions as state directors. You are the only ones who have NOT responded, the others on the original list have chosen to remain in their positions with the MCDC.
We are rapidly filling new national administrator positions and want to schedule a meeting with you and all the new people who will fill these new positions.
During this meeting we will take a close look at how the board operates, what our relationship is with our vendors and how finances are allocated to all our projects. We will also adopt a new internal SOP dealing with protocol in management and a protocol in dealing with the need for internal disciplinary action when such action is deemed
necessary. At this meeting we will establish channels of clear communication and procedural accountability and discuss a plan of action for the future of the organization.
I look forward to your response - which should be one of the following responses -
Yes, I wish to be involved in the meetings and wish to remain in good standing in my current role as part of the MCDC.
Or
No, I do not wish to attend the meeting and I accept my termination or I wish to resign my position within the MCDC organization.
Let me know as soon as possible and please provide me with any black-out dates so we the board can schedule a meeting that best meets the schedules of all those who wish to be involved.
Thanks,
Chris Simcox

Gentlemen,
It is with regrets that the three mentioned have been permanently terminated by the board of directors -there is no reconciliation for the three Ron, P-6 and Michael have mentioned. You may petition the other two board members -you know who they are and have their email addresses - short of them reversing their position, even if I chose to reinstate the three terminated, I would be outvoted 2 to1 so their terminations remain as is. You think I am the only one who runs the show -it is not so. One thing you must be aware of is the MCDC is a privately held corporation set up by Carmen Mercer and myself -we added a third board member to ensure accountability. During our upcoming meeting our Certified CPA and new CFO Mr. White will be attending the meeting to set everyone straight about how perfect our
accounting and spending is maintained.
We don't want to assume your answers, so we need a direct yes or no response, we're not looking for ultimatums or negotiations, do you stay or do you go?

Chris,
Excuse me for saying this, but this is just more of your BS. If you told, or asked the other board members to change their "vote", I'm sure that it would be done. Why do you continue to insult our intelligence? I'm copying Carmen and Al on this and they can consider themselves "petitioned" to reinstate Bob Wright, Greg Thompson, and Stacey O'Connell to MCDC. I sincerely hope that swift action is taken.

Hi Ron and all,
I need to tell you that those decisions were made with all three of the
board members of the corporation which was John Acer, Chris Simcox and myself as well as with National Executive Director Al Garza - leadership of the organization - and neither one of us will change the vote. Thanks.
Carmen Mercer
PS to my last: Please add Bill Irwin to the list of re-instated. This is completely my omission.

Carmen,
Thank you for your response. I have stood proudly as a Minuteman and extolled the goodness of the organization to all who would listen. Now that I have personally been subjected to the arbitrary, capricious, and totally unprofessional dictates of our senior staff, I'll walk away with sadness in my heart. A sadness caused by the knowledge that many good people will continue to be used, disillusioned, and discarded as MCDC self-destructs on the ego of its leaders. Lots more to be said, but not here where it will fall on deaf ears.

Ron, Swift action needs to be taken on your part Ron, no offense but we need an answer, we already have two people from New Hampshire who have offered to fill your position if you are not going to remain with us.

You have my answer. I choose not to be re-instated. If the people who want the job are who I think they are, you will rue the day, and I certainly will not be a part of their operation or MCDC.
