This letter is to inform you that because of the past problems with  M.C.D.C.. As in

1. The firing of long standing leaders.
2. Your refusal to provide the information asked for by the leadership group.
3. The blatant disregard and recognition of the Prescott Chapter
4. The noncompliance of operational materials as in.
    a. Banking information
    b. caps
    c. shirts
    d. banners, and any thing that is to be provided to new chapters.
5. The Disregard for information on operations in M.C.D.C.

This Chapter is standing down and will no longer participate, or be known  as a member of M.C.D.C.

P6 you are talking to the wrong person. Gene is in charge of your chapter. The hats and all issues will be addressed shortly. You were terminated, you don't speak for the chapter, the chapter will be led by a new director, you have no say over what the chapter does. If you have used any  data base info or contacted any volunteers in a way that has caused damage to the corporation legal action will be taken against you. We have had enough of your deciet and unfounded lies against this organization.
