I never made such a screwed up decision, and it was rare you ever needed to defend me. This is a divisive issue because leadership did not communicate amongst themselves, and did not think of what repercussions pulling P6 off the line as a line leader or scout for the month would have on the volunteers. So, now that your team has done so, it’s divisive because people actually defend P6-right? This is not a private situation when you take a well liked, well known MCDC AZ line leader off the lines and discipline him by standing him down for 3 days and removing any line leadership/scouting from him....all for trivial crap. So, you can tell the two pages full of Minutemen signatures on the petition that they are immature and should not get involved, Ill leave that one up to you and your team. See how immature they are when they walk away from MCDC even more. I am defending someone that has been invaluable to MCDC AZ for 2 years. What was done to him is wrong; he in fact was lied to. I think you, P6, Gene, Lance and Carmen need to have a conference call or face/face meeting at the very least......you’ll be shocked to learn more of how disconnected people are with each other. You proved that when you said he was allowed to return as scout after his 3 day 'grounding'. Not even close to being on the same page as Gene/Lance. You can’t make calls like this and expect people to not get involved. It does not work that way. Terminate me, P6, anyone you chose, but we have an issue and MCDC needs to deal with it.

Stacey, I have given orders for the petition crap to stop immediately, I spoke to Sandy about it. I understand that you are planning to work at 3-points this weekend - you have two choices -drop all discussion about p6 and cease and desist with the petition -or- stay home. The problems you and others have created are being resolved by leadership - stay out of it. Chris "Sent via BlackBerry."

Believe me, I have many more options than the two you present me with old pal. I have no plans to be in Three Points this weekend, but will be there at the final weekend. The problems were created by you and the rest who failed to communicate with each other and forced a great Minuteman off the lines. You fully expect people to swallow your choices without question and that will not happen this time. I'll stop fighting for P6 when he gets back to his normal duties that he volunteers for.

You still don't get it p6 was welcome to return on Monday and pick up where he left off - he still chooses to play the victim - he has not returned - that is his choice - people are starting to learn the truth and you still seem to be in denial of the fact thatp6 caused the problem and was well aware of the consequences- this organization will never be run by mob rule - and those who cannot participate and act with integrity will not be welcomed.
